i bought this for $1.
it is like a funny mitos already saying that mice, rat and yang sekaum dengannya like cheese. so if cheese stock kamu dirumah finish, you know who to blame. nyahaha.

those who love baking, check out the chocolate cheesecake cupcakes recipe with ganache frosting. am so lazy to edit the recipe article. lol. info credit to foodnetwork.com.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 egg, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup milk, at room temperature
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • Ganache frosting, recipe follows

Directions

Place rack in the middle of oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake papers.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, and set aside. Using a mixer, cream the butter and 3/4 cup sugar until pale yellow, about 1 minute. Add the egg and stir until just combined. Gently add half of the flour mixture and stir until just incorporated. Mix in the milk. Add the remaining flour mixture and stir until combined. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Fill prepared cupcake liners with enough chocolate batter to just cover the bottom. Add a dollop of the cream cheese filling to each, then top with remaining batter (cream cheese filling should not be visible).
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cupcakes stand in the pan for 3 minutes and then remove and allow to cool completely on a rack.
Dip each cupcake into the ganache, forming an even layer of frosting. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 15 minutes.

Ganache Frosting:

Place a heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water, and whisk together the chocolate, cream, andespresso powder (if using). Continue whisking until chocolate is melted and the mixture is thick, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

dates.. pervert fruit :p

Assalamu'alaikum readers :)

why i called the fruit inside the picture pervert? because it has so many dates. RAWR :p don't get the lame joke? you are lamer than my joke, though *dry laugh*

actually, it is good to have many dates. HAHA. why? read below..

  • Wonderfully delicious, dates are one of the most popular fruits with an impressive list of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, required for normal growth, development and overall well-being.

  • Fresh date is made of soft, easily digestible flesh with simple sugars like fructose and dextrose that when eaten replenishes energy and revitalizes the body instantly; thus, for these qualities, dates are being used to breakfast during Ramadan months.

  • The fruit is rich in dietary fiber, which prevents dietary LDL cholesterol absorption in the gut. It is also a good bulk laxative. The fiber content helps to protect the colon mucous membrane by decreasing exposure time and as well as binding to cancer causing chemicals in the colon.

  • They contain many health benefitting flavonoid polyphenolic antioxidants known as tannins. Tannins are known to have anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hemorrhagic (prevent easy bleeding tendencies) properties.

  • They are a good source of Vitamin-A (contains 149 IU per 100 g), which is known to have antioxidant properties and is essential for vision. Vitamin A also required maintaining healthy mucus membranes and skin. Consumption of natural fruits rich in vitamin A is known to help to protect from lung and oral cavity cancers.

  • The fruit is very rich in antioxidant flavonoids such as beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. These antioxidants have the ability to help protect cells and other structures in the body from oxygen free radicals and thereby found to be protective against colon, prostate, breast, endometrial, lung, and pancreatic cancers.

  • Zeaxanthin, an important dietary carotenoid selectively absorbed into the retinal macula lutea where it is thought to provide antioxidant and protective light-filtering functions; thus it offers protection against age related macular degeneration, especially in elderly populations.

  • Dates are an excellent source of iron, contains 0.90 mg/100 g of fruits (about 11% of RDI). Iron, being a component of hemoglobin inside the red blood cells, determines the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood.

  • In addition, They are good in potassium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that help controlling heart rate and blood pressure; thus offers protection against stroke and coronary heart diseases.

  • They are also rich in minerals like calcium, manganese, copper, and magnesium. Calcium is an important mineral that is an essential constituent of bone and teeth, and required by the body for muscle contraction, blood clotting, and nerve impulse conduction. Manganese is used by the body as a co-factor for the antioxidant enzyme, superoxide dismutase. Copper is required in the production of red blood cells. Magnesium is essential for bone growth.

  • Further, the fruit has adequate levels of B-complex group of vitamins as well as vitamin K. It contains very good amounts of pyridoxine (vitamin B-6), niacin, pantothenic acid, and riboflavin. These vitamins are acting as cofactors help body metabolize carbohydrates, protein, and fats. Vitamin K is essential for many coagulant factors in the blood as well as in bone metabolism.

business: funny short videos.

Assalamu'alaikum readers :)

the idea to write about funny short videos come in mind when i watched several hilarious clips inside my cousin's smart phone. the short clips believed to be created by aaa i forgot this guy's name. heee... anyway, he is from Sabah. auw bah heee...

i am sorry because i don't save the clips neither inside my phone or laptop so i am not able to share them here. but don't  worry, i will ask my cousin to send the funny videos to me. maybe tomorrow. or the day after tomorrow. or the coming day after the day after tomorrow. HAHAHA. berbelit2 alah ular nyamu :p as for now, let's talk how we can make kaaching $_$ from just making less than 60 seconds clip :) well, if you have better idea or suggestion but still related with tonight's topic, feel free to drop your comment below.

well, i guess most of you guys are familiar with or how to use windows live movie maker or VideoPad or Adobe Premier CS4 or yang sekaum dengannya :D what you need to do is aaa sketch something for example two men and a bus ( depends on one's creative idea ) or take random pictures and then you edit this, crop that, apply this, add that, remove this, touch up that blah blah blah.. you know better how to make a video than me.

the product from the video making process ( huh why suddenly sounds so formal business-like ) which is a hilarious short video then can better be uploaded into specific website, could be your official site, where you can charge viewers for example $0.80 if they download 60-seconds videos or $1.00 above for video longer than a minute. i don't recommend you to share your masterpieces ( HAHA ) on facebook or twitter because you wouldn't get any financial benefits if people download yours for free. bear in mind this topic is all about business even though i am presenting it at all times in silly way. unless you make videos just for fun and non-money motive, you must focus if you are serious to make kaaching $_$ from this simple idea of business, okay?

well, GOOD LUCK! when there is 1 will, there are 1001 ways ;)

p/s: Cadbury and KitKat, which chocolate brand is better? Tom and Jerry, who is the bad character? lol.

business: how to turn poor plastic bottles into rich fuel :D

Assalamu'alaikum readers :) ehemm *clear throat* throughout this fasting month, my throat is experiencing a bad drought 0.O actually, i nearly spelled 'drought' wrongly, draught? HAHA. luckily, Mr. Google comes in action. lol.

hmm sometimes i wonder what would replace oil and gas if this non-renewable resource left nil source of fuel energy to Brunei. about 95% of Brunei's economy comes from oil and gas industry. this curiosity leads me to research an alternative source of energy and fuel which can, perhaps, be applied in the Sultanate which is plastic bottles.

i believe if you collect plastic bottles from every family you might able to get aaa lets do the maths 1st ( i love maths NOT ). estimated total number of humans in Brunei is 400,000 plus. HAHA. so, for each person he/she might keep five plastic bottles at least. a baby might has two Barbie milk bottles and three Madagascar ones. HAHA. you calculate 400,000 multiply by 5 gives you 2,000,000. assume this bottle collection is being conducted every month. 2,000,000 times 12 months is 24,000,000 per year.

back to our topic how to turn plastic bottles into fuel. most of plastic bottles are made from petrochemicals and these petrochemicals are made from crude oil or natural gas.

in Egypt, an amazing teen, Azza Abdel Hamid Faiad, 16 had came across a high-yield catalyst called aluminosilicate which can break plastic polymers into ethane, propane and ethane. these gases can be further converted into ethanol and naphtha. in fact, ethanol is one of the good fuel alternatives. almost all gasoline in the U.S. contains low-level ethanol blend. a high-level ethanol blend can be used in fuel vehicles. and i believe through super complex processes it can generates electricity at domestic level. naphtha is made into cleaning solvents, diluent and fuel for camp stoves.

Faiad is yet to patent her idea. she might currently doing it. anyway, wish a very good luck to her. this teenager just inspired me A LOT :)

as long as we're using oil, it looks we might as well find ways to reuse it.

p/s: so start saving $10-$20 every week now so you can set up plastic bottles conversion business in 20 years time. 20 years? whatever. lol.

i am back! :D

Assalamu'alaikum readers :)

seriously, i am not good in managing two blogs at the same time. alasan saja tu banarnya :p honestly, i am not good in time management. shall attend a special school for this huh? lol. actually, i have another blog which mostly touch on my personal life. i am active updating that one. but from now on i will try my best to look after this abandoned baby.
